We loved our stay at this hotel! The location in downtown was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, with room service available whenever we needed it. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met. We also enjoyed the wide range of amenities offered, such as the car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services. The shops and laundry facilities on site made it convenient for us to take care of any last-minute purchases or laundry needs. Additionally, the airport shuttle service was a great perk, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.

The view was great from the room, and the room was clean when we arrived. The amenities were also impressive and of good quality. The hotel's location is not too far away from the main attractions, which was convenient.

The spacious and modern rooms with comfortable beds were fantastic. the breakfast buffet had great variety, and we especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location is prime, just a short walk to great restaurants and riverfront attractions.

Although the staff tried to fix them promptly, it was inconvenient to have to climb multiple flights of stairs without power.
